Welcome to Once Upon a Photo Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a session with us, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining 50% is due the week of your session. Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel at least 60 days in advance of your session. The remaining 50% is refundable up until the session date. We offer payment options through Klarna and Afterpay at checkout. We can also offer custom payment options if discussed during the initial Discovery call. Sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed one time if requested at least 72 hours before your session date. No-shows or late arrivals (over 30 minutes) forfeit their session with no refund.

3. Wardrobe & Styling

Clients are responsible for selecting their wardrobe unless otherwise discussed. If choosing from our partner wardrobe, fittings may be required before the session. Hair and makeup services are only provided if purchased as an add-on.

4. Photo Usage & Copyright

Once Upon a Photo Studios retains full copyright and ownership of all images. Clients may use delivered images for personal use only (social media, prints, etc.). Commercial use, editing, or resale of images is not permitted without prior agreement. Once Upon a Photo Studios may use session images for marketing, portfolio, and social media unless a privacy request is made in writing before the session.

5. Final Delivery

Image turnaround time varies based on the session. Extensive fantasy editing may take longer than four weeks, but clients will receive communication updates on the progress. Clients will receive fully edited, high-resolution digital images as per their package. RAW/unedited images are not provided under any circumstances.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions (from makeup/wardrobe), or property damage during the session. If an emergency prevents Once Upon a Photo Studios from fulfilling the session, the client may reschedule or receive a refund.

7. Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
