Once Upon a Photo specializes in guiding clients through the entire process, from posing to styling, so you’ll feel comfortable and confident. Whether you want to embody a warrior, a queen, or a mystical being, you'll be directed at every step of the way to create cinematic, story-driven portraits that make you look like you stepped out of a movie.

Fantasy portraits are an investment, but we offer flexible, no-interest payment options! Sessions start at $800, but you don’t have to pay it all upfront. Here’s how our flexible payment plans work:

- 50% deposit is required at booking, BUT that amount can be split into payments to make it manageable.

- The remaining 50% balance (due the week of your session) can also be split into payments if needed.

- We offer payment plans through Klarna and Afterpay for automatic, structured payments.

- Need a custom plan? No problem! We can send manual payment links whenever it’s convenient for you—on your terms, with no interest. Your dream fantasy session is within reach—let’s work out a plan that fits your budget!

The studio is designed for fantasy shoots, but there are travel options! For the most immersive experience, all sessions take place in Dani’s professionally styled studio. Once Upon a Photo specializes in creating portraits that make EVERY client look incredible. From flattering angles to expert lighting and detailed retouching, Dani ensures that every final image is polished and looks like a piece of art. Plus, she offers in-person print reveals, where you can see your top images and even purchase additional favorites! You’re going to love how you look!

Rescheduling is flexible if you give notice! Life happens! If you need to reschedule, you can do so once, as long as you give at least 72 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but rescheduling ensures you don’t lose your investment. Not ready to pick a date yet? Start with a call and plan from there!

Hair & makeup is available as an add-on for a fully immersive transformation. While not automatically included, you have the option to add professional hair & makeup styling to your session for an enhanced, cinematic look. If you select this add-on, the first hour of your session will be dedicated to your transformation before the shoot begins. Dani will go over styling recommendations, makeup options, and scheduling details during your discovery call, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
